Subscription License
Access to WorkpaperPro™ follows a strict paid membership model with no trial periods. Your personal license allows for the internal use of our tools specifically for managing your company's tax workflow requirements.
Acceptable Use
Users must employ WorkpaperPro™ solely for legitimate tax-related operations. We strictly prohibit any software tampering, security bypass attempts, or the hosting of unauthorized digital materials within the platform system.
Data Residency
WorkpaperPro™ is designed with a privacy-first architecture. We do not store client tax data on our servers. All client data remains within your firm's own computer and processing occurs via the firm's Anthropic Claude API key.
IP Rights
The underlying logic, visual interface, and branding related to WorkpaperPro™ are owned solely by the provider. Members receive a limited usage permit rather than any equity or legal title to the source technology.

Liability Limits

Termination

Governing Law (PA)
These operational guidelines are governed by the statutes of the State of Pennsylvania. You agree that any legal proceedings regarding this agreement will take place in the Pennsylvania judicial system.
